Tour Plan
Day 1 Islamabad to Chilas
9-10 Hours Drive
VIA KKH: April-November
We shall welcome and pick our guests and start our journey towards Chilas Via KKH Karakoram Highway. We shall take a short stay at Besham City and Summer Nala. Reach Chilas till evening and check-in to the hotel for night stay.
VIA Naran: 20 June to 30 Sep
We shall welcome and pick our guests and start our journey towards Chilas Via Balakot-Naran N-15 Highway. We shall take a short stay at Balakot, Naran and Babusar Pass. Reach Chilas till evening and check-in to the hotel for night stay.
Day 2 Chilas to Raikot Bridge to Fairy Meadows
1 Hours Drive, 1-2 Hours Jeep Ride and 3-4 Hours Trekking
After breakfast we shall move towards Raikot Bridge from where we shall take a jeep ride for Tattu Village and reach there in 1-2 hours and start 3-4 hours trekking through dense forest to reach Fairy Meadows. Reach Fairy Meadows and explore it for a while.
Day 3 Trekking to Beyal Camp
3-4 Hours Trekking
Today after breakfast we shall start trekking again to reach the Beyal Camp commonly known as the First base camp of mighty Nanga Parbat (8126 m). We will have a full-day excursion and move back to cottages in Fairy Meadows for night stay.
Day 4 Fairy Meadows to Jaglot to Skardu
2-3 Hours Trekking, 1-2 Hours Jeep Ride and 4-5 Hours Drive
After breakfast, we shall start trekking back towards Tattu Village from where we shall take a jeep for Raikot Bridge and reach there in 3-4 hours. Then we shall start our journey towards Skardu. we shall take a short stay at 3 Mountain Junction, Astak Nala and some points. Reach Skardu till evening and check in to the hotel.
Day 5 Kachura Lake & Soq Valley Excursion
1-2 Hours Drive
On this day, we will visit Lower Kachura (Shangrila Lake) and Upper Kachura Lake for a while and move towards Soq Valley and spend some time there, after the excursion move towards Skardu for night stay.
Day 6 Skardu Valley to Shigar Valley
2-3 Hours Drive
After breakfast, we shall start our journey towards Shigar valley which is about 1-2 hours away from Skardu. We shall visit the beautiful Blind Lake and Shigar Fort for a while and move towards the Cold Desert to explore it. After the excursion move towards hotel for a night stay.
Day 7 Skardu Valley to Hunza Valley
6-7 Hours Drive
Early morning after breakfast we shall start our journey towards Hunza Valley which is about 300km from Skardu city. Skardu Hunza Road is the most exciting offering beautiful landscape and the Indus river on one side. We shall take a short stay at some points like Astak Nala and Rakaposhi View Point. Reach Hunza in 6-7 hours and check in to the hotel.
Day 8 Altit Fort, Baltit Fort & Duikar Hunza Excursion
2-3 Hours Drive
After breakfast we shall visit the Baltit Fort (Founded in the 8th century CE) and Karimabad Bazar in morning. We shall visit the Altit Fort is an ancient fort in the Altit town in the Hunza. Visit the Duikar or Eaglenest (highest altitude of 10,000 feet in Hunza) for sunset and back to hotel for night stay.
Day 9 Attabad Lake & Khunjerab Pass Excursion
7-8 Hours Drive
Today we shall start our journey towards Pak-China border, Khunjerab Pass (4,693-meter or 15,397 feet high). We shall visit the Attabad lake, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Passu Cones & Sust Dry Port. After full day excursion we shall back to Hunza and check-in to the hotel for night stay.
Day 10 Ganish Village and Hopper Glacier to Gilgit
3-4 Hours Drive
After breakfast, we shall start our journey towards Ganesh village (The oldest settlement on the ancient Silk Road). After the excursion move towards Hopper Glacier which is on the opposite side of Hunza Valley with active Glaciers and explore it for a while After the excursion, we shall move towards Gilgit city and check-in to the hotel for night stay.
Day 11 Gilgit to Besham OR Naran
8-9 Hours Drive
Towards Besham: April-November
After breakfast we shall start our journey towards Besham City. We shall take a short stay at Chilas and Summer Nala. Reach Besham till evening and check-in to the hotel for night stay.
Towards Naran: 20 June to 30 Sep
After breakfast we shall start our journey towards Naran. We shall take a short stay at Babusar pass, Lulusar lake & Batkundi. Reach Naran in 7-8 hours and check in to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 12 Besham OR Naran to Islamabad
6-7 Hours Drive
Today we shall start our journey back toward Islamabad. Short stay at some points that we missed before. Reach Islamabad till evening for the end of the beautiful tour.
